La lunghezza della scotta tesa base randa passa da 1000 a 1200 mm.

La regola è effettiva dal 6 marzo 2009.

Comunicazione IODA Class Rule 3.5.5.4:

“The outhaul shall be made of a rope not more than 1200mm long."
This amendment comes into effect as of 6th March 2009.
